Dear reader,
Stefan_Chorus_GouverneurAs Governor of District LCID 113 Luxembourg for the Lions year 2018/2019, I would like to welcome you.
The motto of all 1,700,000 Lions and Leos around the world is "We Serve.
Each individual Lions Club member takes this to heart and helps wherever possible, locally, nationally or internationally, individuals or groups in need.
In Luxembourg, more than 900 Lions in all 24 clubs of the district work closely together to achieve common goals, e.g. for the “Banque Alimentaire”, “Lions Vaincre le Cancer”, or the "Telethon” campaign, just to name but a few.
In addition, we Lions also regularly, once a year, award the PRIX LIONS to deserving fellow citizens or organizations in the field of science and research, fine arts and literature, humanitarian or social projects.
